We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select pin codes. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Order modifications or cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 77239 01798. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow our Return Policy after delivery.

Yes! Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email with your order details and estimated delivery date.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹60–₹99 applies (shown at checkout). COD orders may attract an additional ₹40 handling fee.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for most cities. Metro cities receive orders in 3–5 days. Remote areas may take up to 10–12 days. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Yes, we ship to all states and union territories in India — from Jammu & Kashmir to Tamil Nadu, and everything in between. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91 77239 01798 with your order number for a real-time update.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact. Returns are accepted for wrong items, wrong sizes, manufacturing defects, or significant damage. Please read our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Simply WhatsApp us at +91 77239 01798 with your order number, item name, and reason for return (with photos if the item is damaged or defective). We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 banking days depending on your bank. COD refunds are transferred via UPI or bank transfer.

We photograph our products under professional lighting to represent them as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may exist due to differences in screen calibration and fabric dye batches. If colour accuracy is critical, feel free to ask for additional photos on WhatsApp before ordering.

For t-shirts: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not bleach. For ethnic suits: Dry clean or gentle hand wash in cold water. Do not wring or tumble dry. Iron on low heat on the reverse side for embroidered items. Care instructions are also provided on the product label.
