1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by us.
2. Conditions for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn — not washed, ironed, or altered in any way
- Have all original tags and labels intact and attached
- Be in its original packaging (if applicable)
- Not show signs of damage caused after delivery
3. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received (different product or variant than ordered)
- Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Manufacturing defect — broken seams, faulty zippers, print errors, etc.
- Significant colour difference from product shown on website (see our Disclaimer for colour variation policy)
- Damaged product received
- Size exchange — if you need a different size of the same product (subject to availability)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or marked as "Final Sale"
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care by the customer
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery (unless a manufacturing defect)
5. Return Shipping
- Defective / Wrong Item: Joyo Fashion will bear the return shipping cost. We will arrange a pickup or reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.
- Size Exchange: The customer bears the cost of returning the item. Forward shipping of the exchanged item will be free of charge.
- Change of Mind Returns: Not applicable — we only accept returns for valid reasons listed above.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For UPI / Bank Transfer refunds, processing may take 3–5 additional banking days depending on your bank.
- COD orders: Refund is issued via Bank Transfer / UPI. Please share your bank account details when initiating the return.
7. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size of the same item:
- Contact us within 7 days with your order number and the size you need.
- Availability of the requested size will be confirmed before proceeding.
- Ship the original item back to us at your cost.
- Once received, we dispatch the replacement within 2 business days.
8. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Product name and reason for return / exchange
- Clear photographs of the product (required for defect or damage claims)
