1. Where We Ship
Joyo Fashion ships to all states and union territories across India. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 77239 01798 to check if special arrangements can be made.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders with a cart value of ₹999 or above.
- Standard Shipping: ₹60–₹99 for orders below ₹999 (exact amount shown at checkout based on delivery location).
- COD (Cash on Delivery): An additional handling fee of ₹40 may apply for COD orders.
All applicable shipping charges are transparently shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities (Indore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, etc.): 4–6 business days
- Tier 3 Cities and Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
- Remote / Difficult-to-Access Areas: Up to 12 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, festivals, or other external factors.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment:
- Via the courier partner's official website using your tracking ID

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts (e.g., due to wrong address or recipient unavailability), the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- If you choose not to accept re-delivery, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged packaging or product (if damaged)
We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Joyo Fashion is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp — we can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
